The Delia Academy is an online platform created to support and empower young people in the music industry. We provide a wide range of free music educational content in Arabic and French, covering topics like music production, recording, and understanding the business side of music. Our goal is to make music education accessible to all, particularly in regions where such resources are scarce or unavailable in the local language and context. By offering the skills, knowledge, and connections needed for success, Delia Academy helps young artists, producers, and music professionals grow, strengthening local music scenes and contributing to the growth of the local arts economy.
Delia Academy offers a diverse range of courses designed to nurture both new and seasoned musicians. From aspiring artists wanting to understand the fundamentals of the industry to those interested in music production and recording, our platform provides expertly curated content that covers a wide array of topics. Courses are designed to be practical and accessible, ensuring that learners at all levels can build the skills necessary to excel in their chosen musical fields.
We understand the importance of hands-on experience and building a strong community. Through our platform, we will create a community to connect young learners in the MENA region with universities, conservatories, labels, cultural centers, studios, and our own Delia Studios, based on their needs. This will help them pursue further education, training, and capacity-building opportunities. We will also link students with core programs from the Delia Arts Foundation, partners and teachers to help them gain real-world experience and advance in their careers.
Delia Academy understands the power of music to drive local economic growth. By helping young people gain the skills and knowledge needed in the music industry, the academy supports the development of a thriving, local creative economy. As local expertise grows, new job opportunities will emerge in areas such as music production, performance, sound engineering, and event management.
